Flu Season

We’re coming upon the cold and flu season.  Here are some things that you can do to help yourself:

  1. Make sure you get adjusted on a regular basis.  This will help your nervous system work well, which will improve your immune system function.
  2. Get plenty of rest.  The only time the body heals itself is while you’re sleeping.
  3. Drink plenty of water.  This helps wash away toxins.
  4. Supplement your diet with vitamin C and Echinacea.  These natural products will help stimulate your body’s immune system.
  5. Eat a well balance diet and use a nutritional supplement for optimum nutrition.
  6. Be active and enjoy some sunshine.

Thanksgiving is a time of reflection.  It is a time to remember those who first celebrated this day, to repent their heartfelt thanks.  It’s a time to remember the friends who mean the most to us all year, friends like you.

Among the many things we have to be thankful for is our health, and the resource to maintain and improve it.  As the year draws to an end, it is our fervent wish that we contribute to your being healthier and happier.  We encourage you and your loved ones to receive regular check-ups and enjoy life to the fullest.

We are very thankful to all of you, our wonderful patients.

We are proud of our son, Brad; he made first team all league for Chabot Football.  As a freshman, 5’7” and 145 pounds a great feat!
